If you "make PREFIX=/path/to/OpenBLAS install" ,
The config file will be located in /path/to/OpenBLAS/cmake

Then, you can use "find_package(OpenBLAS)" at CMake.
cmake -DOpenBLAS_DIR=/path/to/OpenBLAS/cmake ..
