Zaheer Chothia fc4927fa0f Fixed #107. Export missing LAPACK auxiliary routines (ALLAUX, SCLAUX, DZLAUX) 
Added some documentation on how the symbol list is derived and synchronized with
lapack-3.4.1 to minimize the differences.
