合入原因：按照规划增加winnermicro w800芯片OH适配
需要新增CK804芯片架构支持代码
修改：在kernel/liteos_m、device/soc、device/board、vendor/hihope
仓下增加CK804芯片架构、芯片SDK、开发板和产品配置文件
影响：由于是新增芯片架构，与其他平台编译隔离，无副作用
