fix: 支持smoke 测试用例

默认只运行smoke测试用例，如需要运行全量测试用例，
请在target_config.h中添加配置项: LOS_KERNEL_TEST_FULL
或在config.json中配置enable_ohos_kernel_liteos_m_test_full
