4b0e47fd03 修复/userdata分区擦除后无法挂载的问题 
issue#I3O8IF的修改中，将fat无法识别的格式错误码由ENOENT改为ENOTSUP。此处修改有遗漏，造成无fat格式的userdata分区无法挂载。
