holger krekel 04e9197fd6 * reworked per-test output capturing into the pytest_iocapture.py plugin 
* removed all capturing code from config object and pytest_default plugins

* item.repr_failure(excinfo) instead of item.repr_failure(excinfo, outerr)

* added a few logging tests
