6dac77433e majorly refactor collection process 
- get rid of py.test.collect.Directory alltogether.
- introduce direct node.nodeid attribute
- remove now superflous attributes on collect and test reports

3a5d28f3fe removed unnccessary indirections in the PluginManager, 
also fixed a bug in _core.varnames(), which probably considerably
speeds up hook calls.
