Ran Benita 212c55218b helpconfig: add invocation dir to debug output 
The current WD is not supposed to matter, the invocation dir is what
should be relevant. But keep them both for debugging.

Virgil Dupras 126896f69d Add option to disable plugin auto-loading 
If `PYTEST_DISABLE_PLUGIN_AUTOLOAD` is set, disable auto-loading of
plugins through setuptools entrypoints. Only plugins that have been
explicitly specified are loaded.
