Under "Stable Versions", only show the latest minor versions of the most two recent major versions. Under each of those versions, move the downloads for primary ports to the top of the table and the other downloads under a separate "Other Ports" heading. Add a listing for every stable Go version under "All versions", collapsed by default. Fixes golang/go#17574. Updates golang/go#17018. This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support the Go programming language. Some of the tools, godoc and vet for example, are included in binary Go distributions. Others, including the Go oracle and the test coverage tool, can be fetched with "go get". Packages include a type-checker for Go and an implementation of the Static Single Assignment form (SSA) representation for Go programs.
