Dominik Honnef 59968caad5 go.tools/oracle: turn emacs integration into minor-mode 
Define a minor mode called go-oracle-mode. Right now its sole
purpose is to define a keymap but it might later be used to add
hooks or add other features to go-mode.

This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Although at least some of the tools themselves will be included in binary Go distributions,
the packages from which they are built are of little interest to most Go programmers.
