Ian Cottrell 2d28432af7 internal/lsp: first pass at some hover tests ... This uses golden files to hold the hover text as they are no more fragile than hard coding the text in the tests, and much easier to update. We need a lot more tests, and ones with actual comments, but this is a start and at least adds the machienery it would take.
