Robert Griesemer 0d2f7d411b go.tools/go/types: fix isAssignable and IsIdentical - Imported objects that are explicitly exported may have a nil package; don't use it for qualified name computation (it's not needed). - isAssignable must check all possibilities before declaring failure. This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Although at least some of the tools themselves will be included in binary Go distributions,
the packages from which they are built are of little interest to most Go programmers.
