Tw 6a71ab8780 cmd/present: only include play.js in article when necessary 
There is no need to add play.js in article page when
playground is disabled.

Andrew Gerrand ac6d9c1d84 cmd/present: include Google Analytics tracking code for talks.golang.org 
This was formerly inserted by some deployment scripts. Putting it in
the code here simplifies deployment at little cost to other users.
