Ian Cottrell cd212e53e1 make the packagestest marker system more flexible This exposes the ability to add markers to the public interface, and changes the way markers are collected to make it so a standard call to Expect can replicate the internal behaviour. This allows custom rules to also add marks. Also add a special EOF identifier that acts like a mark at the end of the file in which it occurs.
