Robert Griesemer 86e41f819a go.tools/go/types: "imported but not used" checks for packages 
also:
- initial code for unused label errors
- some cleanups, better names
- additional tests

TODO: Dot-imported packages are not handled yet; i.e., they
      are always considered used for now.

This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Although at least some of the tools themselves will be included in binary Go distributions,
the packages from which they are built are of little interest to most Go programmers.
