Robert Griesemer 5fcdb7b3ff go.tools/go/types: provide Sizes interface instead of individual sizing functions ... This will make it a bit easier to create commonly used "custom" sizes for types. With this CL, interfaces are now by default 2*WordSize (= 16) instead of 1*WordSize as before. Also: minor unrelated cleanups.
