Robert Griesemer 2bff3a03e7 go.tools/go/types: clean up method type checking
- treat receivers like ordinary parameters when checking signatures;
  concentrate all respective checks in one place
- continue to type-check methods even if receiver base type does not
  satisfy receiver type criteria (comes for free)
- don't ignore blank _ methods anymore
- various related cleanups

As a consequence, the resolving needs one less internal phase.

README

This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Although at least some of the tools themselves will be included in binary Go distributions,
the packages from which they are built are of little interest to most Go programmers.

To submit changes to this repository, see http://golang.org/doc/contribute.html.
