Alan Donovan 1f2812fe9b go.tools/ssa: fix bug in makeBridgeMethod for promoted interfaces. 
The method index was hard-coded to zero, which works some of
the time.  Apparently I just forgot to implement the
method-table lookup...

Added regression test.

This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Although at least some of the tools themselves will be included in binary Go distributions,
the packages from which they are built are of little interest to most Go programmers.
