Alan Donovan 06c4192423 go.tools/pointer: minor API simplifications. 
Details:
- Warnings are reported as values in Result, not a callback in Config.
- remove TODO to eliminate Print callback.  It's better than the alternative.
- remove unused Config.root field.
- hang Result off analysis object (impl. detail)
- reword TODO.

This subrepository holds the source for various packages and tools that support
the Go programming language.

Although at least some of the tools themselves will be included in binary Go distributions,
the packages from which they are built are of little interest to most Go programmers.
