xuedongliang bcd9835020 Support smp for softkernel. Support userland interrupt handler by using ipc. Assure that interrupt is close in kernel and one thread kernel state. Support userland dynamic memory allocation. Move elf image reader to usyscall level. Support blocking task in ipc procedure. Split free physical memory to kernel usage and userland usage.
